Physical Postcards are fun colourful cards that come through the post, one each week for 6 or 12 weeks, or as a pack.

They have easy, gentle and fun ways to keep moving and mobile, whether that’s seated or standing.

It’s completely FREE to sign-up and participate.

To date we have delivered 31,842 cards through the post to over 2700 participants and 1200 packs across Cornwall with over 50 health and wellbeing providers!
