class information
Sessions are led by Lois Taylor, co director of Dance Centred. Lois is a trained, professional dancer with a background in care practice and teaching. Sessions will provide movement to help build strength, increase joint mobility and stretch out muscles.
You’re free to move at your own pace—seated or standing, gently or with more energy—whatever feels right for your body. There’s no pressure, just the freedom to enjoy movement your way using great music. At the end of each session, we come together for a cuppa and a friendly chat. Newcomers are welcome any time.

The Main Hall at the Liskerrett Centre is accessible for wheel-chair users and anyone who prefers not to use the steps. There is a disabled toilet adjacent to the hall. There is a café and toilets in the Centre on the ground floor. Disabled parking is available at the Centre. The Market Car Park is across the road from the Liskerrett Centre for everyone else.
The hall is well ventilated, has plenty of space for us to move freely in and dance leaders will ensure they have a negative LFT result before each session.
